Activity tracking helps you monitor how you spend your time. Log studies, workouts, and custom activities to see patterns and build better habits.
Logging Activities
1. Open Activity Tracker
Navigate to the Activity Tracker page from the main menu or dashboard.
2. Select Activity Type
Choose from Study, Workout, or create a Custom activity category.
3. Enter Details
Enter activity name, duration, date, and optional notes or description.
4. Save Activity
Click "Save" to log your activity. It will appear in your activity history.

Log workouts that aren't tracked in your workout log.

Create custom activity categories for anything you want to track.
